Protecting Personal Data

Pursuant to the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, and General Data-Protection Regulation (hereinafter: the “GDPR”) no. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, the Société d'exploitations Spéléologiques de Padirac, as data controller, guarantees respect for the privacy of the Website’s Users.

Users, being physical persons, are hereby informed that the information that they communicate via the Website, either on the basis of pre-contractual measures, or of performing a contract for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, or the legitimate interest pursued by the Société d'exploitations Spéléologiques de Padirac in order to meet Users’ requests, shall be intended for services authorised by the Société d'exploitations Spéléologiques de Padirac for the purpose of managing relationships with current and prospective customers. As part of using the chat service, the recipients of your data are the marketing department of the Société d'exploitations Spéléologiques de Padirac as well as its strictly-authorised subcontractors, which are based in the EU and subject to the GDPR.
