“No human has gone before us in these depths, no-one knows where we go or what we see, nothing so strangely beautiful has ever been presented to us, and spontaneously we ask each other the same question:
“Are we not dreaming?”

  • Perfect Visit

" We last came here 30 years ago. It was bliss coming in October when there was no queuing and you got the full experience of being almost on your own in the vast cave. There are a lot of steps and it's pretty damp but it is a cave, so go prepared. The boat journey is a great way to get into the big cavern. We were only 6 in our party and our guide was superb and made sure we weren't left out by repeating everything in English. "

  • Spectacular

" A must-see! I couldn't believe how large the entire cavern space was. Be aware if you have any mobility issues that you can take elevators to get to the start of the tour, but then there are about 100 steps more to the start. First you go in a boat, then walk through the cave and there are at least 100 more steps as you go. The footing is wet, but not too slippery and there are rails all along the way. A man in our group had to turn around at the first steps after the tour start. Wear non-slip shoes and a jacket as the temp is a constant 13 cent "

  • A stunning unique experience

" The tour of the caves and underground river is a fascinating, educational, awe-inspiring and reasonably priced must-see in the Dordogne area of France. "
